Shipping
We offer free shipping on Prepaid Orders all over PAN INDIA Delivery.
All orders are processed & dispatched within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an order notification from our courier partner shiprocket on your given WhatsApp number and email which will include a tracking AWB number you can use to check its status on our website or shiprockets official website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.*
We are not responsible if packages are declined or returned back to us, you will receive a refund for your order value minus the shipping cost
Partial COD
Pay 50% now and 50% on delivery. If the order is rejected or not received after 2 delivery attempts, a ₹99 charge will apply. This amount will be deducted from the paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded once the return process (RTO) is initiated. Refunds will be processed in 2-4 business days. To re-initiate the order, a new order must be placed.
Do You Deliver Internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Cancellation?
We do not have a cancellation policy, orders once placed cannot be canceled
