Ordering & payment
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We offer Partial COD — you pay 50% of the order value upfront along with a Rs. 99 non-refundable handling fee, and the remaining 50% in cash at the time of delivery.

If you prefer prepaid (UPI, card, or net banking), you also get an extra Rs. 99 off your order automatically.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. However, if you need to change your delivery address, size, or colour, you can request it within 6 hours of placing the order — provided it has not yet been dispatched.

Are my payments secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway powered by PhonePe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers at any point.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free delivery Pan India on all orders above Rs. 999. We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across the country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery from dispatch:

Metro cities: 3-6 days  |  Tier-2 towns: 4-8 days  |  Remote / NE / J&K: 6-11 days

A live tracking link is sent to your mobile via SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your order leaves us.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent by SMS and WhatsApp on dispatch. You can also track via My Account > Orders > Track My Order on our website.

How do I know which size to order?

Every product page shows the exact fit range (e.g. Free Size Bust 30-36 or Sizes 26-36). Please check before ordering.

The colour looks slightly different from the photos. Is that normal?

Yes, a colour variation of up to 10-12% is normal due to device display settings or studio photography lighting. This is not a defect and is not eligible for a return or exchange.

Are your products original and quality-checked?

Yes — every order is 100% original and quality-checked before dispatch. We are a curated D2C fashion brand and our products are not available on any third-party marketplace.

Exchanges & refunds
What is your exchange policy?

We offer size and style exchanges on eligible products. Raise your request via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label and full unboxing in one uninterrupted take.

The item must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags intact. One exchange is allowed per order.

I received a damaged or wrong product. What do I do?

Please record a clear unboxing video before opening the parcel — shipping label visible at the start, one uninterrupted take, no cuts or edits.

Send the video and your Order ID to +91 8286 247284 on WhatsApp within 48 hours. Once verified, we will arrange a free exchange or refund.

Note: Without a valid unboxing video we are unable to process the claim.

Do you offer refunds?

Monetary refunds are issued only for a confirmed manufacturing defect or an incorrect product delivered where no replacement is available.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2-7 business days. In other eligible cases, store credit valid for 30 days may be issued.

What if reverse pickup is not available at my PIN code?

Once your exchange is approved, we check reverse pickup availability at your PIN code. If available, we schedule a free doorstep pickup.

If unavailable, you must self-ship via a trackable courier and share the tracking details with us on WhatsApp after dispatch.
