Return & Exchange Policy

We want every order to be exactly what you hoped for. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy for you.
Eligible reasons for exchange
Size issue — regular sizing
If your ordered size doesn't fit, we'll be happy to arrange an exchange for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
- Size available: We'll exchange it for the requested size at no extra charge.
- Size not available: You may choose a different product of equal value.
Size issue — free size
If a free size product doesn't work for you, you may choose one of the following options:
- Product exchange: Exchange for a different product of equal value.
- Store credit: Return the item and receive a store credit voucher via email, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Damaged / wrong product
We sincerely apologise if you've received a damaged or incorrect item. Once verified, we'll arrange an exchange right away. The following proof is required before raising a request:
- Unboxing video: A clear video must be recorded before opening the parcel. The shipping label must be clearly visible at the start of the video.
- Continuous recording: The video must capture the entire unboxing in one uninterrupted take. Edited or partial videos will not be accepted.
Requirements for a valid exchange request

Parcel opening video
A clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened from start to finish. No video means no exchange.2
Proof of purchase
Your order confirmation, invoice, or receipt must be provided with the request.3
Original condition
Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.Reverse pickup & shipping
How your return gets collected
Once your exchange request is approved, we'll check if reverse pickup is available at your pincode.

We'll schedule a pickup from your doorstep at no extra charge. You'll receive a confirmation on WhatsApp.⚠️ Pickup not available
You will need to self-ship the item to our address. Shipping via a trackable courier is strictly required. Please share the tracking details with us on WhatsApp after dispatch.Items not eligible for exchange
✕Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging
✕Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
✕Requests raised after the 48 hour window
✕Requests without a valid unboxing video showing the shipping label
✕A second exchange on the same order — only one exchange is permitted per order, strictly
