A. Where Refunds Apply

  • Manufacturing defect or wrong item verified by our QC team.
  • Replacement not available in the size / style you want.

B. How to File a Claim

  1. WhatsApp us within 24 hrs of delivery.
  2. Share order ID + unboxing video highlighting the issue.
  3. QC review within 48 hrs → we update you on the resolution.

D. Credit-Note Basics

  • E-mailed unique code, valid 30 days, non-extendable.
  • Single-use; excess value (if any) lapses.
  • Cannot be combined with other coupons or SALE items.

E. Refund Timing

Once Approved refunds are processed within 2-7 working days credit back to the original payment method within the 2-7 days (per RBI guidelines).
