We stand behind every order. Here's exactly when refunds apply and how they're processed.

When a refund applies
Full refund eligible
A refund is issued only in these two situations:
  • Manufacturing defect: Product arrives with a confirmed defect verified by our quality-check team.
  • Wrong product shipped: We sent an incorrect item and no suitable replacement is available in stock.
Unboxing video required
To prove damage or a wrong product, a 360° parcel opening video is mandatory before raising any request.
  • Start filming before opening the parcel. The shipping label must be clearly visible at the start.
  • One continuous, unedited take. Edited or partial videos will not be accepted.

Refund format & timelines
How refunds are processed
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–7 working days (per RBI guidelines).
  • Where applicable, store credit (valid 30 days, one-time use, non-extendable) may be issued in lieu of a monetary refund — only when the desired size or style is out of stock.
  • The ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable in all cases. It is a handling charge and not part of the product price.
What is not covered
Size or style preferences (use our Exchange Policy instead)
Colour variation up to 10–12% due to screen or lighting
Items purchased on sale, with coupon, or gift voucher
Items that are used, washed, soiled, or missing tags
Requests without a valid unboxing video
Requests raised after the 48 hour window
