Refund Policy
Our full refund promise :
● Only If a damaged/defective product, incorrect item delivered from our side due to our fault, in such cases we are happy to provide free replacement only if the desired product is in stock or else full refund will be initiated.
Note : to prove the damage/wrong product, 360 degree parcel opening video is must & mandatory so start filming before opening the parcel.
● For partial COD orders, the ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable as it is a shipping/handling charge and not part of the product price.
How to claim return requests :
● If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to Whatsapp us at +91 8286247284 within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.
● Share order ID + share Mandatory opening video as proof by highlighting the issue.
● Our quality-check team will inspect and review the video and update you with the resolution within 24-48 hours.
Where return/refund applies :
We accept returns, but refunds are issued only as store credit.
● If a customer opt for a return for any eligible reason, the refund will be processed as store credit after deducting the applicable logistics fees. The credit will be valid for 30 days and can be used on your next purchase.
● You will receive store credit refund only when the desired size or style is not in stock. If it is available, an exchange will be provided instead.
