How we ship
We select the fastest courier partner available for your PIN code.
- Partners include Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and others.
- A live tracking link is sent by SMS/WhatsApp the moment your parcel leaves us.
- Two delivery attempts are included. After two failed attempts, the parcel returns to us — reshipping fees may apply.

Partial COD
Pay 50% of order value + ₹99 non-refundable COD fee now. Pay remaining 50% in cash at delivery.Declining a parcel
If you refuse delivery
If you refuse the parcel and provide the cancellation OTP to the courier:
- Your advance will be refunded minus ₹199 (two-way logistics cost).
- The balance reaches your original payment method within 7 working days after we receive the parcel back in original condition.
