Shipping & Payment Policy

How we get your order to you

A. Processing & Dispatch

Step Timeframe Details
Order confirmation Within 12 hrs E-mail & WhatsApp receipt sent automatically.
Dispatch 1–3 business days Mon–Sat (excludes Sundays / public holidays).

Address accuracy: Please double-check your PIN code & phone number—couriers rely on them.

B. Couriers & Tracking

  • We select the fastest partner for your PIN code (Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc.).
  • A live tracking link is sent by SMS/WhatsApp when the parcel leaves us.
  • Two delivery attempts are included. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us (see Section E).

*Force-majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.) may add time—we’ll keep you updated.

D. Payment Options

  1. Pre-paid (UPI, cards, net-banking) – no extra fee.
  2. Partial COD
    • Pay now: 50 % of order value + ₹99 COD fee.
    • Pay at delivery: remaining 50 % in cash.
    • The ₹99 fee covers COD processing & is non-refundable.

E. Declining a Parcel (Prepaid & Partial COD)

If you refuse the parcel and provide the cancellation OTP to the courier:

  • We refund your advance minus ₹199 (two-way logistics).
  • The balance reaches your original payment method within 7 working days after the parcel returns in original condition.
