Size Exchange: 

● If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to Whatsapp us at +91 8286247284 within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. 

● If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The full exchange process will be guided by the support team.

● The reverse pick up standard logistics charges are to be borne by the customer that is Rs 149 rupees covers both reverse pickup + re-delivery. (Note: The exchange fee may vary depending on the products you wish to exchange. Additionally, ₹50 will be added for each additional quantity of the product in the exchange.)

Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few Pincodes. In this case a customer is requested to self-ship to us on a given address after co-ordinating with the support team. And exchange charges will be split into half.

 

Size Exchange eligibility : 

● Exchanges are allowed on size issues/ or product exchange. The customer gets a store credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

Please note: We offer one-time exchange per order only. Customers can choose either a size exchange or a product exchange. Second exchanges are strictly not permitted, even in case of size or preference issues.

Return:

● We happily accept returns, but refunds are issued only as store credit. A standard shipping fee of ₹149 will be deducted, these charges are depending on the number of items you return.

●  The store credit will be added to your account and can be used on your next purchase. It will remain valid for 30 days. NO REFUND POLICY.

● For partial COD orders, the ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable as it is a shipping/handling charge and not part of the product price.

 

Damaged/Wrong Delivery:

● If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed within 24 hours of delivery.

● We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.

● However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging are eligible for exchange.

A complete opening video of the parcel, recorded during the first unboxing, is mandatory for any exchange request. Without this video, we won’t be able to process the exchange.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

You can cancel your Partial Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please whatsapp call or DM us on +91 8286247284 to request a cancellation.

 

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER or SHIPPING DETAILS?

You can update your shipping or contact details, but please reach out to us immediately after placing your order. Please note, if the order has already been dispatched and left from the warehouse, the address cannot be changed.

In such cases, the customer will need to bear the RTO charges and the shipping cost for re-delivery.

If you choose not to opt for re-delivery, a store credit refund will be issued after deducting the RTO charges.

VALIDITY OF CREDIT STORE REFUND ISSUED FOR EXCHANGE WILL BE OF 30 DAYS.

How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?

The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 30 days by simply sending us whatsapp DM at +91 8286247284 and placing your order. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

EXCANGE/REFUND NOT ELIGIBLE IN CASE OF :

All the sale, discounted, and STORE CREDIT voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.

 

Declined or Refused Parcels (Partial COD/Prepaid Orders) :

If you refuse a COD/Prepaid parcel or share the cancellation OTP with the courier, the order will be marked as cancelled.

In this case, we will refund your advance payment after deducting a ₹199 logistics fee (as well as the ₹99 COD charges originally paid).

The remaining balance will reach your original payment method within the next 6-7 working days.

NOTE : For high-value shipments, logistics charges may vary because of higher courier costs.
